The Liberatory Leadership Praxis Program Cohorts are learning opportunities founded by CTWO, in partnership with the Liberatory Leadership Partnership (LLP). The cohorts seek to support Black-led projects/formations in their founding stages (years 0-5).
An Incubator for Black-Led Formations and Liberatory Organizations
The Liberatory Leadership Praxis Vision Cohort is a one-year program for Black-led projects/formations in the founding stages (years 0-5).
At their core, the Praxis Cohorts strengthen the ecosystem of Black-led movement organizations, providing the structure and support necessary for sustainable growth while embodying liberatory values. Grounded in CTWO's goals of Education, Movement Accompaniment, Strengthening, and Experimentation, these cohorts operate on the belief that transformed leaders create transformed organizations — and both are essential to collective liberation.
The program supports values-driven teams with liberatory organizational structures that allow them to thrive, develop as leaders, and prefigure the types of organizations that will bring us closer to liberation.
Our Cohorts include:
Praxis Vision – a diverse cohort of Black-led organizations advancing liberatory leadership
Praxis Power – a network of Black base-building organizations developing sustainable infrastructure
Praxis Rising – the next wave of emerging formations preparing to join the Praxis community
