 Melenia Jackson is an African American from Lincolnton, NC. She is a recent graduate of Berea College in Kentucky where she helped to form the first campus-recognized women's organization. In January, she traveled to Nicaragua to ally with the Nicaraguans and later lobby the U.S. congress against the central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). |
