| Vicente Garcia |
 Vicente Garcia is a young Chicano from Dublin, California. For the past couple of years he has been involved in various non-partisan youth mobilization efforts, organizing in communities of color for increased civic participation. Simultaneously, he is an avid supporter of the Latin Hip Hop/Reggaeton movement that has been changing the country, giving voice to Latinos around the nation. Vicente is student at Las Positas Community College and plans to go on to major in Political Science and Latino Studies. |
