Patricia Bautista-Lopez
Patricia Bautista-Lopez has been active in the community of Southern Arizona for ten years. After completing nursing school, she started working as a community health worker, facilitating classes on HIV/AIDS, diabetes, domestic violence and other health issues. After Proposition 200 passed in Arizona, she became more interested in working on immigrants rights on the border, for better health, employment, and legalization. She currently works at Border Action Network, a non-profit organization, dedicated to fighting for immigrant rights.
